    The Window Inside Sales Representative assists customers in selecting the right product for their project. The representative cultivates excellent working relationships with existing customers while developing and adding new clients to his/her book of business. This role promotes the products we sell, while delivering excellent customer service to our customers, which includes homeowners, builders, contractors, and architects, among others. This role plays an important part in the success of our company and as such requires excellent closing skills. 

    Essential Job Functions 

    • Assist customers in finding the right product that best suits their needs. 

    • Works with architects, designers, and builders to source the right product for their projects and provide them with timely quotes. 

    • Closes sales promptly while maintaining a high profit margin and delivering excellent customer service.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications & Competencies

    Experience:

    • Skills & Certifications: 

    • Must be at least 18 years old.

    • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within three months).

    Requirements:

    Summary/Objective

    Responsible for setting up and operating the Priming Line, ensuring the safe operation of the machine, and its mechanical condition.  Operates vacuum coating equipment, maintains production records, and communicates with activities of equipment, product, and customer specifications. Must maintain product quality and production output in accordance with company and customer standards.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Set up, adjust, and monitor the priming line, including feeding conveyors, brushes, and drying ovens.
    • Arrange and modify machinery using hand tools and power tools as needed, based on each separate order.
    • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
    • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications, following company protocols.
    • Capable of understanding coating specifications (dry times, viscosity)
    • Ability to read work orders to determine profile type and machine setup procedures.
    • Select and install the appropriate templates, and adjust all settings on the machine according to the profile and material.
    • Run molding stock through the priming line and inspect it for compliance with the coating specifications.
    • Make any required adjustments before producing the order.
    • Create and follow production schedules.
    • Responsible for general system maintenance. 
    • Complete production records indicating quantity, size, profiles, species, and customer identification.
    • Always maintain a clean/safe work area.
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures during the operation and maintenance of machinery.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications & Competencies

    Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
    • 1+ years of experience setting up and running a Priming Line.
